Abstract:
This talk presents ongoing research from the oceanographic expedition MSM112, a Colombo-German project investigating the Magdalena River’s Region of Freshwater Influence (ROFI), the largest river discharging into the Caribbean Sea. It explores how this river shapes ocean dynamics and highlights the potential of international collaboration in advancing marine science in the Colombian Caribbean.
