School Lab Visit as an Approach to overcome Food Neophobia towards Sea Vegetables: an example from Germany

This is a small wrap-up of the project "Marine Foods", where Dr. Laura Stuthmann and Dr Marina Osmer (University of Bremen) welcomed school students in our chemistry lab at University of Bremen to learn and experience all things algae and their application as foods. The project ended last month and Dr Stuthmann will use this opportunity to present their current work and take-away learnings from it.
