02.10.2018 | From February 4-8 2019, the Leibniz Centre for Tropical Marine Research (ZMT) and the African Institute for Mathematical Sciences (AIMS) in Senegal will be holding a Winter School. The school covers applied non-linear dynamics and scientific writing and is particularly designed for students in mathematics, physics, and theoretical ecology interested in learning how to describe complex, non-linear natural phenomena with computational tools.

Basic knowledge in non-linear dynamics, differential equations and python programming are pre-requisites for the application. The winter school is complemented with a module on scientific writing.

You can apply via the online registration form AIMS until October 31.
