I work at the Department of Blue Economy as a Research Officer. I am currently at ZMT working on a research fellowship with the United Nations Nippon Fellowship 2024 for the duration of 6 months. My research topic is Understanding the Potential for Blue Carbon and its Financial and Scientific Capabilities for Developing a Blue Economy for Small Island Developing States (SIDS). The focus of my research will be on unlocking the potential for blue carbon operations throughout SIDS who possibly have the capacities to utilize their wetlands for a sustainable blue economy
