• Hand-held multi-parameter devices (WTW & HACH)
• CTD´s and Multi-parameter sensors (MANTA & OTT & Xylem Exo)
- Both sensor types: Determination of Salinity, Temperature, Oxygen, pH, Redox, (Chl a and Turbidity).

• Ion chromatography: Determination of total amino acids from algae, mangrove, sediment or filters
• HPLC - High performance liquid chromatography: Determination of multi pigment from algae, mangrove, sediment, filters or seawater,
Phenol Determination from mangroves, filters or seawater
• Granulometry: Determination of Particle size by laser diffraction
