Research interests

My primary research interests are:
- marine ecosystems under climate change and increasing anthropogenic impacts
- ecological networks and interactions, including human actors
- ecosystems carbon sequestration and element cycling


My current research focuses on the mangrove ecosystem, particularly examining the potential ecosystem-wide changes that could arise from reducing marine litter.

Generally, my scientific curiosity is very diverse which my occasionally impact efficiency. But I embrace this part as a holistic approach to my work.
