21.03.2018 | Experts from society, business and science discussed visions for a sustainable future at the award ceremony of the ZEIT WISSEN Prize "Mut zur Nachhaltigkeit" in Hamburg on March 20, 2018. How do we intend to slow down climate change, stop biodiversity loss, stop the decay of valuable biotopes and make more sustainable use of our resources? And how can ecological action be anchored more firmly in society?

Dr. Michael Kopatz
(Project Manager Energy, Transport and Climate Policy at the Wuppertal Institute for Climate, Environment and Energy), Marlehn Thieme (Chairwoman of the Council for Sustainable Development), Prof. Anna-Katharina Hornidge (Development and Knowledge Sociologist, University of Bremen and Head of the Department of Social Sciences at the Leibniz Centre for Tropical Marine Research) and Dirk Steffens (Journalist, Moderator and WWF Ambassador) took part in the discussion panel.
